Are leads really exclusive?
Yes. Each homeowner request is delivered to one contractor only. It is never shared or resold. A zone can hold up to two approved contractors per trade; that capacity is not a promise about how leads are split.
Where do leads come from?
Our own local websites — including NJ Fence Pros, PA Fence Pros, and NJ Concrete Pros — and homeowner phone calls. Our network is SEO-driven. We never purchase lead lists.
How fast do I get them?
Form leads arrive by email right away after a homeowner submits a request. Phone calls are also logged as leads.
What does a lead include?
A form lead includes the homeowner’s name, phone, email, ZIP, project, and timeline. Phone leads are logged with the information available from the call.
What if a lead is bad?
Request a credit within 72 hours for a wrong or disconnected number, duplicate, a request outside your service area, or spam/solicitation rather than a real homeowner request. We review every request.
Can I pause my leads?
Yes. Pause for up to 30 days at a time, with a maximum of 60 days per year. No leads and no charges while paused.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The program is month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. The full Lead Program Agreement is provided on approval.
How am I billed?
Every delivered form or phone lead costs $100. An invoice is sent on the 1st for the prior month’s leads, due in 15 days. No setup fee, monthly fee, or retainer.
What areas do you cover?
The Mid-Atlantic: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York, in zones of a few counties each. Some areas are live and others are opening soon. Contractors can claim a waitlist spot in any zone.
What if my area is full or coming soon?
Apply to join the waitlist. You’re first in line when the area opens. We’ll call you when it becomes available.
Do I need to be licensed and insured?
Yes. Both are required for approval. You can submit an application now, but approval depends on meeting those requirements.
How many leads will I get?
Lead volume varies by season, trade, and area. We do not guarantee volume. You pay only for the leads delivered to you.
