The program
SoleSource Pros, a d/b/a of cantandoDigital LLC, connects approved, licensed and insured contractors with exclusive homeowner requests across the Mid-Atlantic. Each request is sent to one contractor and is never shared or resold. Lead volume and successful jobs are not guaranteed.
Pricing and delivery
Each lead costs $100, billed on delivery. Form submissions and logged homeowner phone calls are billed at the same rate. There is no setup fee or monthly fee.
Monthly billing
Invoices are issued on the 1st for the prior month’s delivered leads. Payment is due in 15 days.
Month-to-month participation
There is no long-term contract. Participation is month-to-month and you may cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Pausing leads
You can pause for up to 30 days at a time, with a maximum of 60 days per year. No leads are sent and no lead charges accrue while paused.
Credit requests
Request a credit within 72 hours of delivery for a wrong or disconnected number, duplicate request, a lead outside your service area, or spam/solicitation rather than a real homeowner request. We review every request.
Areas and approval
Each zone has a maximum of two approved contractors per trade. This cap controls availability and approval only and is not a promise of how leads are split. Full or coming-soon zones accept waitlist applications. Contractors must be licensed and insured for approval.
Governing law
The program is governed by Pennsylvania law. This summary does not replace the full Lead Program Agreement provided upon approval.
