A direct conversation about the concrete job
Concrete estimating involves more than a price per square foot. Before you commit crew time, you need to understand the site, access, demolition, drainage and intended finish. An exclusive inquiry gives your business a direct starting point for that conversation. Whether the homeowner describes a driveway, patio or walkway, you confirm which services you offer and whether the work fits your operation. No particular project type is guaranteed.
Shared lead marketplaces may sell the same request to several contractors. Each business pays while competing for attention before anyone has assessed the site. SoleSource Pros sends each concrete lead to just one approved contractor. We never share or resell it. That removes competition from other buyers of that same lead through our network, not the homeowner’s freedom to seek other estimates. Exclusivity is not a guaranteed sale.
Local requests, not purchased contact lists
Homeowners find our own SEO-driven local trade websites, including NJ Concrete Pros, and submit a quote request or call. We do not buy contact lists. Form requests are emailed right away with the homeowner’s name, contact information, ZIP, project details and timeline. Phone leads are logged with available call information. Both types are billed at the same rate.
Follow up promptly to confirm the address, scope and timing. Ask about existing concrete, equipment access, approximate dimensions and any finish preferences before arranging an estimate. Those questions help you qualify the work; they are not details every inquiry necessarily contains. Your business handles site assessment, pricing and construction. $100 per lead, without a monthly retainer
Each delivered concrete form or phone lead costs $100. There is no setup fee or monthly fee. Invoices arrive on the 1st for the prior month’s leads and are due within 15 days. This is payment for delivered inquiries, not payment only when you win a job. Lead volume, project values and signed contracts are not guaranteed, so plan around your actual estimating capacity.
Participation is month-to-month rather than a long-term commitment, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. If your pouring schedule fills up, pause for up to 30 days at a time, with a maximum of 60 days per year. No leads arrive and no lead charges accrue while paused. Review pricing and program terms before applying. Full agreement provided on approval.
Check lead problems within 72 hours
Request a credit within 72 hours of delivery for a wrong or disconnected number, a duplicate request, a request outside your service area, or spam or solicitation rather than a real homeowner inquiry. Every credit request is reviewed. Checking the contact information and location early helps you identify those issues in time. A homeowner declining your estimate, changing plans or choosing another contractor is not the same as an invalid lead; a genuine inquiry does not promise a won job.
Choose concrete zones your crew can serve
SoleSource Pros organizes New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New York into county-based zones. A maximum of two approved contractors per trade can participate in each area. That cap controls availability and approvals only; it does not promise a particular division of leads. Every individual concrete request still goes to one contractor alone.
Concrete zones currently accepting applications appear below with their live status. The Open Areas directory lists every zone, including full and coming-soon areas that accept waitlist applications. A fence opening does not mean concrete is open in the same county. If your business installs both, review our fence leads page and each trade’s separate availability.

Apply with realistic lead capacity
Tell us your service zones, typical job size and the number of leads you can handle. Both licensing and insurance are required for approval. Choose territory that fits your crew’s travel and estimating schedule. Submitting an application does not reserve an area or guarantee approval; full and coming-soon selections join the waitlist.
Concrete leads: common questions
Are concrete leads exclusive to my business?
Yes. Each concrete lead is delivered to one contractor only, never shared or resold. A zone can have at most two approved concrete contractors; that cap controls availability and approvals, not a promised split of leads. Homeowners may independently request other quotes.
What does a concrete lead cost?
Each delivered form or phone lead costs $100, with no setup fee or monthly fee. Invoices arrive on the 1st for the previous month and are due within 15 days. Participation is month-to-month; lead volume and won jobs are not guaranteed.
Where are concrete areas open?
Use the live zone list below and the Open Areas page to check current concrete availability. Areas in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New York have separate statuses for each trade. Full and coming-soon concrete zones accept waitlist applications, not immediate placement.
Which bad concrete leads qualify for credit review?
Request a credit within 72 hours of delivery for a wrong or disconnected number, duplicate request, request outside your service area, or spam or solicitation. Every request is reviewed. A valid homeowner declining your estimate is not the same as a bad lead.
Can I pause leads during a busy pouring schedule?
Yes. Pause for up to 30 days at a time, with a maximum of 60 days per year. No leads arrive and no lead charges accrue while paused. You can cancel month-to-month participation with 30 days’ notice.
What do I need to apply for concrete leads?
Provide your business and contact details, concrete service zones, licensing and insurance information, typical job size and lead capacity. Both licensing and insurance are required for approval. You may still submit an application if you are not yet eligible; applying does not guarantee approval or an available area.
