Fence opportunities without the shared-lead race
A homeowner looking for a fence quote needs a conversation with an installer, not a barrage of competing sales calls. On a shared lead marketplace, the same inquiry may be sold to several contractors. Each pays for access while competing to reach the homeowner first. That can turn your estimating time into a race before you know the project’s scope, location or schedule.
SoleSource Pros works differently. Each fence request goes to one contractor only, never shared and never resold. You can discuss the property, fence layout, materials and installation timing directly with the homeowner. Exclusivity describes how we deliver the lead; it does not mean the homeowner cannot independently seek another quote, and it is not a promise that every inquiry becomes a job.
How local fence requests reach your business
Homeowners find our SEO-driven local trade websites, including NJ Fence Pros and PA Fence Pros, and request quotes or call. These are inquiries through our own network, not purchased contact lists. Form leads arrive by email right away with the homeowner’s name, phone, email, ZIP, project details and timeline. Phone leads are logged with the available call information and billed at the same rate.
Use that first conversation to confirm what the homeowner wants, whether the property falls within your service area and when you can visit. Ask about access, an existing fence that may need removal and the intended use of the new fence. Those are estimating questions, not guaranteed lead details. You handle quoting and installation. Read how our lead network works for the full process.
$100 per lead, with month-to-month flexibility
Pay $100 for each delivered fence lead, whether it comes through a form or a logged phone call. There is no setup fee, monthly fee or retainer. Your invoice arrives on the 1st for the previous month’s leads and is due within 15 days. Plan your estimating capacity around delivered opportunities rather than a promised number of projects; lead volume and won jobs are not guaranteed.
Participation is month-to-month, with no long-term commitment. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. If installations fill your calendar or your crew takes time off, pause for up to 30 days at a time, up to 60 days per year. No leads arrive and no lead charges accrue while paused. The pricing page explains billing, pauses and credit rules. Full agreement provided on approval.
Bad lead? Request a credit within 72 hours
A wrong or disconnected number, duplicate inquiry, request outside your service area, or spam or solicitation is different from a real homeowner who does not accept your estimate. Request a credit within 72 hours of delivery when a lead meets those bad-lead criteria. We review every request. Check contact details and project location promptly so you can identify a problem within that window; credits are not a guarantee of sales or a replacement for following up with a valid prospect.
Local zones, limited contractor availability
Our areas group nearby counties into zones. Each area allows a maximum of two approved contractors per trade. For fence contractors, that cap controls area availability and approval only; it does not promise how leads are divided. Every individual lead still goes to just one contractor. Choose zones your crew can realistically serve.
The fence zones currently accepting applications are listed below with their county coverage. Check all areas and current trade availability before applying. Full and coming-soon zones remain selectable as waitlist applications, not immediately available territory. If your business also handles concrete or paving, that same area directory shows each trade’s separate status. Read about concrete leads for contractors if your business offers both trades.

Apply with your service area and capacity
Tell us about your fence business, the zones you want and the number of leads you can handle. The application also asks about licensing, insurance, years in business and typical job size. Both licensing and insurance are required for approval. Apply for the counties you can serve well rather than stretching your crew across an unrealistic territory. We will contact you about your requested area; submitting an application is not automatic approval.
Fence leads: common questions
Are fence leads shared with other contractors?
No. Every fence lead goes to one contractor only and is never shared or resold. An area can have up to two approved fence contractors, but that availability cap does not promise a particular split of leads between them.
How much does a fence lead cost?
Each delivered form or phone lead costs $100. There is no setup fee or monthly fee. Invoices arrive on the 1st for the prior month’s leads and are due within 15 days. Lead volume and won jobs are not guaranteed.
Where do your fence leads come from?
Homeowners request quotes through our own SEO-driven local fence websites, including NJ Fence Pros and PA Fence Pros, or call those sites. We do not buy contact lists. Form requests are emailed right away; phone leads are logged with available call information.
Can I request a credit for a bad fence lead?
Request a credit within 72 hours of delivery for a wrong or disconnected number, a duplicate request, a request outside your service area, or spam or solicitation rather than a real homeowner request. Every credit request is reviewed; a lead does not guarantee a won job.
Can I pause when my installation schedule is full?
Yes. Pause for up to 30 days at a time, with a maximum of 60 days per year. You receive no leads and incur no lead charges while paused. Participation is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can I apply if my fence area is not open yet?
Yes. Full and coming-soon areas accept waitlist applications. Select your state and fence zones on the application form. Contractors must be licensed and insured for approval. Joining a waitlist does not mean an area is already available or guarantee a monthly lead count.
